Year in Review

Another year has flown by, and all of us at ThirdSide continue to find ourselves grateful for the opportunity to continue working with so many wonderful businesses and organizations. At the start of the coronavirus pandemic, we swiftly transitioned to working remotely, as many others did. We expect this to continue well into 2022, though we have begun meeting with clients in person on occasion as well.

One of the greatest benefits of technology is the ability to pivot as we did, and to help make it easier for others to do the same. When the Tolono Library transitioned their event programming from in-person to virtual, we were there to help them get the message across. When Red Hot Winter produced an online-only performance of their annual charity event, we helped bring that show to their audience. When the Episcopal Diocese of Springfield elected a new bishop, we assisted in connecting churches throughout the diocese in real time. When countless businesses needed to adjust their operating hours or availability, we had tools ready to help keep the public informed. Our focus is steadfast, and remains where it belongs — on the needs of our clients.

This year was an opportunity for a number of businesses to refine their messaging and expand their online presence, and we were there to assist. We got a sneak peek at the historic Organ Loft Apartments as we created a new online space for them. We got to know the Sparkle Squad as we built an expanded web presence for Champaign Jewelers. And after designing their menu full of mouth-watering dishes, we’re ready to check out La Bahía in the near future.

Though this past year was filled with uncertainty in many different ways, it was also a time of opportunity for many. Aneeda Biscotti is a brand new biscotti shop opening soon in Monticello. We were so pleased to be able to create their branding and visual aesthetic, and soft-launch their e-commerce shop just in time for the holidays.

Like many of our clients, we at ThirdSide have been hard at work refining our own look as well. Early next year, you can expect to see some updates of our website and print materials. We will be rebooting our #ThirdSideThursday blog series. And we have a couple of other changes to announce in the near future, as well. What won’t change, though, is our continued dedication to our clients. Their success is our success, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Whenever you found ThirdSide over the past ten years, we want to thank you: for trusting us with your business, for telling others about us, for supporting us in the communities where we live and work. We feel exceedingly grateful to be here, especially in spite of recent challenges. And we look forward to a bright 2022.

See you there.

Her idea of relaxing is trying to make sense out of the mysteries of The X Files and LOST. Maybe someday.
